There is a huge need for well organized, targeted, community TNR work across the country. Laurel Cats is happy to assist fledgling groups in Maryland become established to serve their community with a targeted TNR program. We are happy to provide training on the successful methods we have used as well as fiscal sponsorship, which allows a group to apply for grant funding and accept tax-deductible donations prior to the establishment of 501(c)(3) status with the IRS.
